How to Use:

Jade Roller:
• Clean the roller and face before use
• Use the larger roller on the face, moving from bottom to top
• Use the smaller roller for the eye area, rolling gently from inner to outer corners
• Recommended use: 10–15 minutes daily

Gua Sha Tool:
• Eyes: glide gently from inside to outside, 5–15 times
• Nose: move from bridge to tip, 5–10 times until skin feels warm
• Face: glide from bottom to top with gentle pressure, 10–15 times
• Neck: move slowly from top to bottom, 10–20 times

Tip:
For a refreshing experience, cool the jade roller in the refrigerator or on ice before use.
